Brand new neighborhood coming to Germantown

Announcing the coming of a brand new neighborhood in Germantown: "ELYSIUM"

ELYSIUM will be located on the north side of Poplar just west of Forest Hill Irene Road. Totaling 24.55 acres with approximately 1600 feet of frontage along Poplar, this new neighborhood will be gated on Poplar and On The Hill, fenced, and will feature 47 lots. 3 of these lots will be Estate size lots of 1+ acres with a gated private drive exclusive to these properties. Separating the Estate area from the remaining 44 builder ready lots is a 8.28 acre common area for residents to enjoy.

This area will include a community pool, shade structure, playground, plaza and pocket parks. The area will also include bio-swales to improve water quality and native plant materials. The total development of 47 homes is at a density of 1.95 dwelling units per acre with 34.34% of the neighborhood being common open area. An architectural control board will be established for the neighborhood for the purpose of implementing detailed design guidelines.
